Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after your order has been shipped.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rebelify cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend:

• Reaching out to the shipping carrier directly

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
